The preparation method of the invention comprises following steps: (1), drawing a copper conductor; (2), extruding an insulation layer; (3), twisting the twisted pair wire groups; (4), covering the branch shielding layers; (5), twisting into the cable; (6), weaving the main shielding layer; and (7), extruding the external protection layer to form the cable finished product. According to the cable and the method of the invention, the shielding effect is good; intrusion and leakage of electromagnetic waves are effectively prevented; the cable is firm in structure and stable in transmission performance and is especially applicable for transmitting ultrahigh frequency band digital signals.
