Abstract

The invention discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive based on a polyisobutylene rubber. The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following raw materials by mass percentage: 30-46% of polyisobutylene rubber, 11-15% of acrylic acid, 10-15% of stearic acid, 3-6% of alumina, 7-12% of isopropanol, 6-10% of acetone, 8-14% of ethyl acrylate, 2-3% of rosin, and 0-2% of an antifoaming agent; and the antifoaming agent is prepared by silicone oil, aromatic hydrocarbon and the emulsifier according to a mass ratio of 2:1:1. The pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of reasonable formula, stable performance, and difficulity in generation of degumming phenomenon during a usage process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to a pressure-sensitive adhesive based on polyisobutylene rubber. Background technique [0002] Pressure-sensitive adhesives are referred to as pressure-sensitive adhesives for short. They are adhesive at room temperature and can be bonded with a little pressure. Pressure-sensitive adhesives and their products have developed into an independent branch of adhesives. There are two types of pressure-sensitive adhesives: rubber type and resin type. The rubber type can be natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and the largest amount is natural rubber. Resin-type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives are the most important. In terms of form, pressure sensitive adhesives are divided into solvent type, emulsion type, hot melt type and liquid curing type. The output of solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives is gradually decreasing due to high solvent prices, toxic and flammable...
