In the ergosterol liposome, the drug loading capacity of the ergosterol is 5-20 wt%; the liposome consists of lecithin and cholesterol, wherein the mole ratio of the lecithin to the cholesterol is (1:1)-(7:1). The ergosterol liposome disclosed by the invention has remarkable lung cancer resistant effects, low cytotoxicity, small damage to human bodies, and target ability.
