Embodiment 1

[0022] (1) Commercially available cotton linters (three-way fleece) are transported by wind to the fiber compactor (manufacturer: Jiangsu Jinwo Machinery Co., Ltd. Jinwo Machinery Co., Ltd. Model: D900).

[0023] (2) The raw material of the three-way cashmere is evenly conveyed to the twin-screw refiner (manufacturer: Jiangsu Jinwo Machinery Co., Ltd., model: FD180) through the fiber compactor, and the additives for wax and fat removal are added for rubbing and splitting. In terms of cotton linters weight, the amount of additives added: 2.5-3% KOH, 1.5-2% sodium tripolyphosphate (added after making an aqueous solution), and the outlet temperature of the twin-screw refiner is controlled at 120-125°C .

[0024] (3) The slurry after rubbing and separating the filaments is sent to the retention tank, and fully reacted in the retention tank to obtain a coarse slurry, and the residence time is 65-70 minutes.

[0025] (4) After the rough pulp obtained in step (3) is processed, it i...

Abstract

A method for manufacturing degradable paper mulches using cotton linters, comprising the following steps: (1) feeding cotton linters and additives to a twin-screw pulping machine for kneading and fiber separation, the additives being KOH and sodium tripolyphosphate; (2) conveying the pulp obtained by means of kneading and fiber separation to a holdup tank, standing for a reaction of 65-70 min, and then performing digestion, washing, residue removal, and beating; and (3) conveying the pulp treated in step (2) to a papermaking machine, so as to make paper mulches, 120-130 kg of cornstarch, 15-20 kg of a paper wet-strength agent, and 10-12 kg of a paper water-proofing and damp-proofing agent being added to pulp during papermaking per ton. High papermaking efficiency of 90-95% can be achieved; wastewater produced in the system has a high b / c ratio and is easy to biodegrade; the manufactured paper mulches contain a large amount of phosphorus and potassium, and therefore can provide nutrients for the growth of cotton after being degraded; as compared with conventional plastic mulches, 1 / 3 of the costs can be saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for making degradable mulch paper from cotton linters. Background technique [0002] Xinjiang is the main cotton producing area in my country, and its cotton planting area has reached more than half of the country's total planting area in 14 years, reaching 35 million mu. The total annual cotton output is about 4 million tons, and the output of cotton linters is about 400,000 tons. [0003] Xinjiang often has extreme weather such as strong winds and cold weather in spring. In order to ensure the timely emergence of cotton seedlings and preserve moisture, cotton sowing has to be covered with plastic film to keep it warm. Since the plastic film is non-degradable and cannot be recycled, "white pollution" is getting more and more serious. [0004] How to solve the "white pollution" problem? In addition to strengthening the recycling of plastic films, it is imperative to find degradable mulches that can replace plastic f...
