The present invention relates to an under-eye fat removal device comprising: an ultrasonic irradiation module configured to irradiate an under-eye area with ultrasonic waves; and a processor configured to control the ultrasonic irradiation module, wherein, when the ultrasonic irradiation module irradiates fat cells in the under-eye area with ultrasonic waves, the processor controls the ultrasonic irradiation module to emit ultrasonic energy corresponding to a reduction in or the removal of the fat cells in the under-eye area.
