Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a composite laminate product. The preparation method comprises the following steps: laying a laminated sheet material, i.e., laminating a plurality of metal plates and laying sandwich materials between every two adjacent metal plates, wherein the sandwich materials comprise a high polymer material; placing the prepared laminated sheet material in a vacuum member and carrying out vacuum-pumping; heating the vacuum member having undergone vacuum-pumping and a die; applying pressure on the laminated sheet material via the die; and inflating the interior of a die cavity and carrying out pressurization until molding pressure is obtained so as to realize compounding and molding of the laminated sheet material, thereby obtaining the composite laminate product. The preparation method for the composite laminate product integrates preparation and molding of composite laminates, can mold a member with a complex structure through a single procedure, and greatly reduces manufacturing cost and time; and the prepared composite laminate product has the advantages of high interlayer bonding strength, high molding precision, long service life of the die, small tonnage of equipment, no resilience and no residual stress.
