The composite repairing material is used for reinforcing and repairing corroded parts of a pipeline; an embedded part is mounted at the 30cm part of each of the two ends of a polished pipe section; in a construction process, the embedded parts and the outer part of the polished pipe section are coated with one layer of special composite repairing material; after platinum fiberglass cloth is sufficiently impregnated by the composite repairing material, the glass fiber cloth is uniformly pressed and wound on the pipe section of a polishing section until a standard thickness is reached.
