A liquid material A is prepared from, by weight, 70-80% of polymer emulsion, 0.5-1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-5% of defoaming agent and the balance water. The powder material B is prepared from, by weight, 20-35% of Portland cement, 5-15% of high-water-absorption polymers-, 3-10% of silica dioxide powder, 1-3% of dispersing agent, 1-3% of water reducing agent, 5-15% of polymer serving as a microcapsule wall material, 3-5% of calcium hydroxide, 10-30% of quartz sand and the balance filler. By means of the technology, by adjusting the hydration rate of cement, the curing speed of the paint is adjusted; the curing time of the pain is controllable, and the paint can be used under the blockage conditions; when cracks appear, water-absorbing polymer can react in time. The paint can be repeatedly used, and active substances at non-crack positions are still in a dormant state and can play a role when cracks appear.
