Abstract

The invention relates to a pair of multifunctional healthy negative-ion insoles. Each insole is composed of four layers of structures, wherein a first layer is a non-woven fabric negative oxygen ion layer, a second layer is a latex-filled layer, a third layer is a far infrared ray layer and a fourth layer is an adsorbent and breathable layer; and the non-woven percale layer is processed by the following steps: (1) fully stirring 25-35 parts by weight of a negative-ion functional material and 15-25 parts by weight of de-ionized water uniformly, then adding 45-55 parts by weight of emulsion resin, and conducting mixing and stirring for 25-35min so that the materials are fully mixed uniformly so as to obtain a slurry; and (2) fully wetting non-woven percale base cloth, which serves as a raw material, in the slurry, drying the base cloth at 175-185 DEG C and conducting tentering and double-rolling shaping, and then conducting cooling-shaping so as to obtain the non-woven percale layer. In a process of using the negative-ion insoles provided by the invention, with the continuous volatilization of negative oxygen ions, the growth of bacteria in shoe cavities is inhibited; and venting slots are formed in the bottoms of the finished insoles, and harmful materials such as moisture and the like in the shoe cavities are continuously discharged by virtue of the concave venting slots in the bottoms and the adsorbent and breathable layers, so that the interiors of shoes are kept dry and comfortable.
