The invention relates to a production process of phosphogypsum powder, which comprises the following steps: transporting phosphogypsum waste residues from a raw material bin to a crusher through a belt and crushing to obtain raw gypsum powder, and transporting the raw gypsum powder to a feed bin where the gypsum powder is parched through a belt; feeding the raw gypsum powder in the feed bin into a feeder through a belt and entering a preheater pipe, allowing a blower fan positioned below the preheater pipe to feed the fine powder into a cyclone dust collector for separation, allowing the separated gypsum fine powder to fall into a collection hopper and then enter a screw feeder through a feeding isolator, and then feeding into a parching kettle; rolling and parching the raw gypsum powder in the parching kettle for 30-40 min at a temperature in a range of 150-190 DEG C, and indirectly heating by using a fluidized bed furnace positioned at the peripheral edge of the parching kettle through heat radiation to obtain calcined gypsum powder; and packing and warehousing the calcined gypsum powder at a specification of 10-1,000 Kg per bag.
