Embodiment 1

[0035] At room temperature, 7.2 grams of polyacrylonitrile (M w : 100,000, place of origin: Zhejiang Jiema Company) and 223 grams of N,N-dimethylacetamide into a polymerization bottle, fully dissolved at room temperature -70°C under stirring, then cooled in a cold water bath to below 25°C, After adding 20.0 grams (0.1 mole) of 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether to dissolve completely, add 21.8 grams (0.1 mole) of phthalic dianhydride and stir the reaction for 2 hours at a temperature range of 25°C-60°C to obtain A homogeneous mixed solution of polyacrylonitrile and polyamic acid with microphase separation.

[0036] Dilute the total reactant content in the mixed solution to 12% by weight with 136 grams of N,N-dimethylacetamide. After static degassing, cast a film on a glass plate and place it in an oven at 80°C to raise the temperature to 100°C for 40 minutes. , take it out to cool, peel off the salivating film from the glass plate and fix it with a metal frame, put it in an oven at 80...

Embodiment 2

[0039] With the method of Example 1, the difference is that the weight-average molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile is 80,000, the glossiness of the obtained film with the same thickness is 45%, and the visible light transmittance is 0%.

Embodiment 3

[0041]With the method of Example 1, the difference is that the weight-average molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile is 60,000, the glossiness of the film with the same thickness is 48%, and the visible light transmittance is 0%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a polyacrylonitrile-blended black matte polyimide film and a preparation method thereof. Polyacrylonitrile and polyamide acid are prepared by virtue of an in situ polymerization method to form a blended solution with a molecular interpenetrating network. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyacrylonitrile powder particles with a high-polarity nonprotic organic solvent, heating, stirring to adequately dissolve, cooling, adding aromatic binary primary amine, after the dissolving is complete, adding aromatic binary anhydride, heating and stirring to obtain a uniform blended solution in which polyacrylonitrile and polyamide acid are in micro-phase separation, wherein different separation phase domains can be obtained by selecting polyacrylonitrile with different weight-average molecular weights; and carrying out salivation, drying, heating and amination on the blended solution, so as to obtain the black matte polyimide film. The black matte polyimide film has relatively high power frequency electric strength, excellent mechanical properties, extremely low light transmittance and a good black matte effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polyimide functionalized film and its preparation, in particular to black matt polyimide film and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] On the basis of the excellent comprehensive performance of traditional polyimide film, black polyimide film has better shading performance and obvious color recognition, and is widely used in black flexible circuit boards, black cover films, LED displays , black high temperature resistant tape, black high temperature resistant label and other technological fields. [0003] At present, black polyimide film products imported from abroad such as DuPont of the United States and SKC of South Korea have been sold in China, but the price is expensive. Domestic companies such as Ningbo Jinshan, Jiangsu Beisheng, and Shaanxi Sanwo have launched black polyimide films, but their preparation methods require cumbersome surface treatment and dispersion of nano-carbon black, and ...
