Abstract

The invention discloses a waste heat recovery device. The waste heat recovery device comprises a burning chamber, a first stage heat exchanger, a smoke tube and a second stage exchanger. An air inlet of the burning chamber is connected with an air outlet of a sintering furnace. Smoke inlet of the first stage heat exchanger is installed above the burning chamber in a sleeving mode, and a smoke outlet of the first stage heat exchanger is connected with the lower end port of the smoke tube. The upper end port of the smoke tube is connected with a smoke inlet of the second stage heat exchanger. The second stage heat exchanger comprises a heat conducting tube, a smoke storing chamber and a water storing chamber, wherein the smoke storing chamber and the water storing chamber are isolated through an isolating plate, and the smoke storing chamber is located under the water storing chamber. One end of the heat conducting tube is located in the smoke storing chamber, the other end of the heating conducting tube penetrates through the isolating plate and extends to the water storing chamber, and a water outlet of the water storing chamber is connected with a water inlet of the first stage heat exchanger through pipelines.
