Embodiment Construction

[0028] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0029] Such as figure 1 Shown is a specific embodiment of a magnesium alloy film for guiding bone regeneration with antibacterial and osteointegration-promoting functions according to the preparation method of the present invention. This embodiment includes a magnesium alloy film, and the following steps are performed on the magnesium alloy film:

[0030] In the first step, the magnesium alloy film is polished, cleaned and dried with SiC metallographic sandpaper;

[0031] The second step is to prepare a calcium-phosphorus coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy film, prepare 5 times the concentration of simulated physiological fluid, and take 10ml, and prepare a calcium-phosphorus coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy film through the bionic mineralization method to realize the degradation of the magnesium alloy film slowing do...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a guided bone regeneration magnesium alloy membrane with antibacterial and synosteosis-promoting functions. The embodiment of the method comprises a magnesium alloy membrane and comprises the following steps for treating the magnesium alloy membrane: preparing a calcium phosphate coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy membrane so as to reduce a degradation speed of the magnesium alloy membrane; loading BMP-2 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2) on the surface of the magnesium alloy membrane containing the calcium phosphate coating; loading nano-silver particles on the surface of the magnesium alloy membrane loaded with the BMP-2. According to the novel membrane disclosed by the invention, the disadvantages that an existing absorbable membrane cannot establish and maintain a bone regeneration space very well and an existing non-absorbable membrane needs to be taken out through a secondary surgery can be overcome; and more importantly, an effective solution can be provided for solving GBR (Guided Bone Regeneration) postoperative infection and synosteosis failures.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to a preparation method of a magnesium alloy film for guiding bone regeneration with antibacterial and osteointegration-promoting functions. Background technique [0002] Titanium and titanium alloy implantation has become an important repair method for various human organ diseases or defects. Implantable prosthetics, heart stents, artificial joints and many other clinical fields. However, osteoporosis, alveolar ridge atrophy caused by severe periodontitis, tumor surgery, diabetes and other diseases limit the application of this technology. In order to address the needs of this part of patients, bone augmentation is a feasible solution. Clinically, artificial bone materials and guided bone regeneration membrane materials are often used for bone augmentation. However, there are the following difficulties in using guided bone regeneration membranes and artificial bone materials for vertic...
