The composition is prepared from components by mass as follows: 20-30 parts of an epoxy acrylate oligomer, 16-30 parts of urethane acrylate oligomer, 4-5 parts of aldehyde ketone resin, 2-3 parts of acrylic resin, 10-17 parts of a diluent, 10-13 parts of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 0.2-0.5 parts of a dispersant, 0.1-0.2 parts of an antifoaming agent, 4-5 parts of a photoinitiator, 0.3 parts of an anti-setting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of a leveling agent and 10-40 parts of filler. According to the UV primer composition attached to the melamine board and the preparation method of the UV primer composition, the melamine board which is not subjected to surface treatment is directly coated with the prepared primer, the coating manner is quick and convenient, the primer can be directly subjected to UV curing after coating without standing, and short time is consumed.
