According to the device provided by the invention, the packing in the fluidized bed reactor can serve as an attachment carrier of the microorganisms; and by virtue of the water circulating unit, a water flow can rise more uniformly, which is conducive to the fluidized growth of struvite crystals, and generated struvite particles are uniform and dense.
