Embodiment 1

[0018] A treatment method for textile printing and dyeing wastewater, comprising the following steps:

[0019] (1) Take textile printing and dyeing wastewater, filter to remove large floating matter and lint, and then add 1wt‰ of urea and 8wt‰ of potassium dihydrogen phosphate to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. After adding acid or alkali to adjust the pH of the wastewater to 7. Under the action of stirring, the wastewater is fully mixed;

[0020] (2) Add 2wt‰ of facultative bacteria and 4wt‰ of acid-producing bacteria into the wastewater, stir well, react for 8 hours, and then filter to obtain the filtrate;

[0021] (3) Add a coagulant composed of 3wt‰ of polyaluminum chloride and 2wt‰ of organic activated silicic acid and 2wt‰ of polysilicon ferric sulfate flocculant into the filtrate, stir for 30 minutes and then let it stand for 12 hours to remove the sediment;

[0022] (4) Spray the treated wastewater on 4wt‰ of fly ash and 9wt‰ of activated carbon powder...

Embodiment 2

[0026] A treatment method for textile printing and dyeing wastewater, comprising the following steps:

[0027] (1) Take textile printing and dyeing wastewater, filter to remove large floating matter and lint, then add 5wt‰ of urea and 2wt‰ of potassium dihydrogen phosphate to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, and then add acid or alkali to adjust the pH of the wastewater to 9. Under the action of stirring, the wastewater is fully mixed;

[0028] (2) Add 4wt‰ of facultative bacteria and 2wt‰ of acid-producing bacteria into the wastewater, stir well, react for 4 hours and then filter to obtain the filtrate;

[0029] (3) Add a coagulant composed of 1wt‰ of polyaluminum chloride and 4wt‰ of organic activated silicic acid and 1wt‰ of polysilicon ferric sulfate flocculant to the filtrate, stir for 60 minutes and then let it stand for 8 hours to remove the sediment;

Abstract

The invention provides a textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment method, which comprises: (1) taking textile printing and dyeing wastewater, filtering to remove large floating substances and fiber debris, adding urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate so as to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, and adding an acid or an alkali to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 7-9; (2) adding facultative bacteria and acid production bacteria to the wastewater, completely stirring, and filtering after the reaction to obtain a filtrate; (3) adding a coagulant comprising poly aluminium chloride and an organic activated silicic acid and a polysilicon ferric sulfate flocculant, stirring, and removing precipitate; (4) spraying the treated wastewater onto fly ash and active carbon powder, wherein the fly ash and the active carbon powder adsorb the fine particles in the wastewater and remove the pigments; and (5) treating the treated liquid by using a XDA-1 and XDA-7 macroporous resin to obtain the treated textile printing and dyeing wastewater. According to the present invention, the treatment method is stable and reliable, and promotes the green cycle development of the industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a treatment method for textile printing and dyeing wastewater. Background technique [0002] The textile industry is one of the departments that discharge a large amount of industrial wastewater in my country. It discharges more than 900 million tons of wastewater every year, ranking sixth in the "ranking list" of industrial wastewater; among them, the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater accounts for 80% of the wastewater discharge of the textile industry. . At the same time, the wastewater reuse rate is very low, only 7% in printing and dyeing (10% in textiles), which is the lowest among all industries. In recent years, my country's textile industry has shown a good development trend, and water consumption will continue to increase. If it is not controlled, wastewater discharge will continue to increase, further destroying the unsustainable ecological environment. Po...
