Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for environment-friendly extreme-pressure cutting oil. According to the invention, modified rape-seed oil is used for replacing mineral oil as base oil and replacing animal and plant oil as an oily agent for the extreme-pressure cutting oil, so the viscosity of the cutting oil is lowered, the flash point of the cutting oil is increased and oil smoke produced during metal cutting is reduced; since the modified rape-seed oil is used as the base oil, the occupancy volume of the oily agent is increased and lubricity of the cutting oil is substantially improved; a combination of the modified rape-seed oil and a small amount of phosphate ester can replace a conventional extreme-pressure agent, i.e., chlorinated paraffin; and after addition of a part of an extreme-pressure additive containing active sulfur, the extreme-pressure lubricity of the extreme-pressure cutting oil provided by the invention can reach the level of frequently used extreme-pressure cutting oil containing sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine extreme-pressure agent in the prior art. The extreme-pressure cutting oil provided by the invention is biodegradable due to usage of the modified rape-seed oil as the base oil, does not contain the chlorinated paraffin extreme-pressure agent posing great pollution to the environment, has low viscosity and a high flash point, reduces smog pollution produced by cutting oil; and the extreme-pressure cutting oil is endowed with antioxidation performance and prolonged in an oil change period, and is environment-friendly.
