Abstract

The invention discloses a method used for measuring the content of GnRH-R in coilia ectenes, and applications thereof. The method comprises following steps: 1, a GnRH-R standard substance standard curve is drawn, wherein the GnRH-R standard substance standard curve is used for representing the relationship of absolute absorbance values at 492nm with the concentration of GnRH-R; 2, ELISA is adopted to detect the absorbance value of a sample to be detected, and the content of GnRH-R is calculated based on the GnRH-R standard substance standard curve. Compared with the prior art, the method possesses following advantages: 1, the method used for measuring the content of GnRH-R in coilia ectenes is rapid and accurate, and is high in sensitivity; 2, isotope labelling adopted in the prior art is avoided, so that radioactive contamination is reduced; 3, the method is used for laying the foundation for research on reproduction cycle regulatory mechanisms of lowervertebrates such as fish; and 4, the method is high in specificity, and can be used for detecting trace amount of GnRH-R enzyme.
