Embodiment 1

[0040] This example is used to illustrate the preparation of the catalyst for propane dehydrogenation to propylene provided by the present invention.

[0041] Preparation: impregnate 60g of γ-alumina (Shandong Aluminum) in 0.03mol / L chloroplatinic acid (Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.) and 0.1mol / L bismuth nitrate (provided by Beijing Zhonglian Chemical Factory) at 75°C Co-immerse in aqueous solution for 0.5h, wherein the volume of the solution is measured according to the mass content of the catalyst component, and after drying by rotary evaporation at 75°C for 0.5h, the material is placed in a muffle furnace and roasted in an air atmosphere of 450°C 3h, the catalyst precursor I was obtained. The obtained catalyst precursor I was immersed in 0.2mol / L tin protochloride (Tianjin Guangfu Institute of Fine Chemical Industry) aqueous solution, wherein the volume of the solution was measured according to the mass content of the catalyst components. After drying by rotary evap...

Embodiment 2

Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst for preparation of propylene by dehydrogenation of propane and a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst comprises a carrier and an active component and an auxiliary agent which are supported on the carrier, wherein the carrier is alumina, and the active component is a platinum group metal, and the additive comprises VA group elements, tin and carbon. When the catalyst is used in reaction for preparation of propylene by dehydrogenation of propane, higher propane conversion rate and propylene selectivity can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for producing propylene from propane dehydrogenation, a preparation method thereof, and an application of the catalyst in propane dehydrogenation. Background technique [0002] Propylene is an important organic chemical raw material, widely used in chemical products such as polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile, propylene oxide, and acrylic acid. Propylene is mainly derived from the catalytic cracking process of naphtha steam cracking to ethylene and petroleum refining. However, in recent years, with the large-scale application of shale gas in the United States, the raw material of ethylene cracking plants has shifted from high-priced naphtha to cheap ethane, resulting in a significant reduction in the amount of by-product propylene. A large amount of propane is produced, so it is of great research significance to obtain propylene with high added value through the method of catalytic dehydrogenation of propane with high ...
