The electrostatic flocking adhesive is prepared from ethyl acrylate, amyl acrylate, p-dioxanone, methyl tert butyl acrylate, ethyl ethyl acrylate, ethylacrylic acid-2-hydroxy butyl ester, ethyl methacrylate, dodecane phenol plyoxyethylene, sodium persulfate, sodium bicarbonate, nanometer titania and nano-zinc oxide. The invention further discloses the preparation method of the electrostatic flocking adhesive. The raw materials are subjected to emulsion copolymerization, and the electrostatic flocking adhesive is obtained. The electrostatic flocking adhesive prepared through cross-linking of all the raw materials has abrasion resistance and good hand feeling, and the electrostatic flocking adhesive has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects due to introduction of nanometer titania and nano-zinc oxide.
