Problems solved by technology

However, phase-detection SPR sensors are usually combined with prism sensing elements and require an interference optical path. Therefore, they are large in size, low in stability, and expensive in production costs. Most of them are limited to laboratory research and cannot be widely used in industrial production.

Abstract

The invention provides a phase-detection optical fiber SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) biochemical sensing system, and belongs to the technical field of optical fiber sensing biochemical detection. An SPR phase detection technology is combined with an optical sensing technology to realize a high-resolution, low-cost and small-sized SPR biochemical detection function. According to the technical scheme, an SPR detection signal and a Mach-Zehnder interference signal are provided by taking a dual-core optical fiber of which the side face is ground and on which a gold membrane is deposited, laser is taken as a light source, a single-mode optical fiber is used for transmitting light, a photoelectric detector is taken as a receiving device of optical signals, and LabVIEW software is used for acquiring, processing and storing data. The resolution of the sensing system can be increased through detection of an SPR signal in a phase detection way, and the size of the sensing system can be reduced by an optical fiber sensing element, so that low-cost, convenient, rapid, high-resolution and low-concentration biochemical sample detection analysis can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of optical fiber sensing biochemical detection, uses a high-resolution surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phase detection method combined with a portable dual-core optical fiber sensing element, and relates to the SPR principle. The structure of the whole system is simple. Through the combination of SPR phase detection technology and optical fiber sensing technology, a high-sensitivity, high-resolution miniaturized SPR biochemical system can be realized, and specific detection of micro-concentration protein samples can be realized. It has broad application prospects in medical and other detection fields. Background technique [0002] Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is a new photoelectric detection technology in recent years. It is a physical phenomenon that applies light wave transmission and electromagnetic wave excitation. When the light transmitted in the prism or waveguide is coupled into the metal film, a...
