The invention relates to the field of full-automatic detection equipment of the analyte or an extract. The magnetic bar in the system has a magnetic sleeve structure and can be matched with the magnet of the elution part, so that the problem that a common electromagnet or permanent magnet is difficult to separate after adsorption is completed is solved; a reading error generated in the CTC tumor cell metastasis process is reduced; and meanwhile, the pollution of a buffer solution and an antibody magnetic bead on the magnetic core is avoided.
