Embodiment Construction

[0029] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0030] A method for screening non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) related oncogenes using GEO database and performing bioinformatics analysis ( figure 1 ), including the following steps:

[0031] 1. Using a large database to screen NSCLC-related oncogenes:

[0032] 1) Use the GEO database to screen eligible research series: Search for non-small cell lung cancer-related mRNA expression microarray results from the GEO database (http: / / www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov / geo / ), and the search criteria are limited to : (1) Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); (2) There must be a normal control (normal); (3) The chip series is for mRNA expression detection; (4) The source of the sample is tissue; 100 cases. After screening, two research series were included: GSE44077 and GSE43458. figure 2 and image 3 Details for both studies are in the GEO database. ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening and functionally analyzing related oncogenes of non-small-cell lung cancer. The method includes steps of searching mRNA [messenger RNA (ribonucleic acid)] expression chip results related to the NSCLC (non-small-cell lung cancer) from GEO (gene expression omnibus) databases http: / / www.ncbi.nlm.nich.gov / geo / and acquiring mRNA expression results by the aid of GEO2R databases; searching identical mRNA gene expression results in two research results by the aid of Venn diagrams; functionally analyzing gene enrichment by the aid of bioinformatics technologies. The method has the advantages that mRNA differential expression genes are downloaded by the aid of the diversified online databases, the common differential expression genes in different research series are searched and are subjected to bioinformatics analysis, and accordingly significant exploration and bases can be provided for tumor marker screening, molecular pathogenesis and the like of the NSCLC.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and relates to a method for screening and functional analysis of oncogenes related to non-small cell lung cancer, in particular to a method for screening and functional analysis of oncogenes related to non-small cell lung cancer based on big data. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in China and the world. In the past 40 years, the 5-year survival rate of lung cancer has only increased from 12% to 16%. The main reason is that it is diagnosed at an advanced stage. On the contrary, the survival rate of early-diagnosed lung cancer can be increased to 80% after surgery. It can be seen that early detection and early diagnosis have important clinical significance for the treatment and prognosis of lung cancer. Currently widely used detection methods include non-invasive examinations (such as X-ray, CT, mammography, etc.) possibility of w...
