The method depends on establishment of a method based on the prepared ZnO nanoprobe and used for screening a traditional Chinese medicine formula for inhibiting anaerobes. Whether a sample contains target bacteria is detected by using the characteristic that the antibody-coated magnetic ZnO nanoprobe can perform specific combination on the target bacteria and by using the effect of the magnetic characteristic of ZnO on nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation time. The magnetic ZnO nanoprobe has a linear relation with the nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation time within a certain range, that is, the higher the nano ZnO content, the shorter the nuclear magnetic resonance spin-lattice relaxation time and spin-spin relaxation time of the sampler is, the target bacteria can be detected quantitatively in a certain range, and the antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is indirectly evaluated.
