The nanometer composite gel is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1 to 3 parts of dimetyl terephthalate, 6 to 11 parts of attapulgite, 2 to 3 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 15 to 20 parts of a hydrochloric acid solution, 30 to 40 parts of a zinc sulfate solution, a proper amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1 to 2 parts of aluminum powder, 2 to 5 parts of a silane coupling agent KH-570, 2 to 5 parts of a silane coupling agent KH-550, 2 to 3 parts of chitosan, 0.4 to 1 part of cerium nitrate, 5 to 10 parts of acrylic acid, a proper amount of nitrogen and a proper amount of distilled water.
