Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of development of plant growth-promoting bacteria and particularly relates to a bacillus licheniformis strain TA65 and application thereof in promotion of thorough decomposing of compost. The bacillus licheniformis strain TA65 is chemically named as bacillus licheniformis TA65, is preserved on January 5, 2017 in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center and has the preservation number of CGMCC 13531. The bacillus licheniformis strain TA65 is sieved and separated from a high-temperature stage compost sample for the first time and can resist high temperature, rapidly grow and propagate and produce lignocellulose degrading enzyme; by utilizing a bacterial agent containing the bacillus licheniformis strain TA65, the compositing temperature can be increased, the degrading of organic matters and dissolved organic matters (DOM) can be accelerated, the content of Kjeldahl nitrogen can be increased, and the thorough decomposing of the compost can be promoted; and the bacillus licheniformis strain TA65 further has a function of producing a biological surfactant, so that the strain can be applied to preparation of surfactants.
