Abstract

The invention provides a coking plant coke oven gas utilization and flue gas treatment system and method. A crude gas outlet of a coke oven is connected with a gas treatment device through a pipeline, and a gas outlet of the gas treatment device communicates with a coke oven gas boiler through a pipeline. A flue gas outlet of the coke oven communicates with a chimney through a coke oven waste gas flue, and the flue gas outlet of the coke oven further communicates with a high-temperature flue of the coke oven gas boiler through a second coke oven waste gas flue. The high-temperature flue of the coke oven gas boiler sequentially communicates with a denitration device, a waste heat recycling flue, an induced draught fan, a denitration device and the chimney through a pipeline. The invention further provides a method for treating flue gas through the system. By means of the coking plant coke oven gas utilization and flue gas treatment system and method, coke oven gas is efficiently utilized, meanwhile, emission of SO2 and NOX is effectively controlled, several treating difficulties of coke oven flue gas are overcome, and safe running of the coke oven is ensured.
