The invention further provides the recombined mesenchymal stem cells prepared with the method. The recombined mesenchymal stem cells can be activated by the inflammatory factor TNF alpha in an inflammatory environment and can be stably combined to an inflammatory locus, so as to enhance the anti-inflammation and immune adjustment capacity of the mesenchymal stem cells, and thus the recombined mesenchymal stem cells can be used for treating osteoarthritis and have a good treatment effect.
