Embodiment 1

[0022] Prepare 5ml of 60wt% lithium bromide aqueous solution (LiBr), add 50mg of dopamine powder into the lithium bromide aqueous solution, the temperature is 20-25°C, the stirring time is about 10min, accompanied by 50-100r / min stirring. This ensures that the dopamine is completely dissolved. Then add 75 mg of microcrystalline cellulose powder and dissolve in an oil bath at 120°C under stirring conditions for 40 minutes with stirring at 50-100 r / min. At the same time, dopamine is self-polymerized at high temperature to form polydopamine; when the cellulose is completely dissolved, the polydopamine / cellulose solution is slowly cooled at room temperature until a gel is formed, and then deionized is added to the polydopamine / cellulose gel. The water is continuously exchanged with deionized water until lithium bromide is completely removed, and the obtained polydopamine / cellulose hydrogel is freeze-dried to obtain a polydopamine / cellulose-based composite airgel.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a cellulose-based composite aerogel with high adsorption performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving dopamine powder in an aqueous lithium bromide solution with a concentration of 50 to 80%; then adding microcrystalline cellulose powder, wherein a weight ratio of dopamine to microcrystalline cellulose is 1: 0.75 to 1: 1.5; placing the obtained mixture in an oil bath with a temperature of 120 DEG C, dissolving microcrystalline cellulose for 40 min or so under stirring at a speed of 50 to 100 r/min and allow dopamine to undergo auto-polymerization so as to form polydopamine; and slowly cooling a solution obtained in the previous step at room temperature and then carrying out freeze drying so as to form the polydopamine/cellulose-based composite aerogel. The composite aerogel provided by the invention has excellent performance in adsorption of the positive dye methylene blue, and the preparation method is simple in process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of environmental governance, and more specifically, relates to a preparation method of an adsorbent with high adsorption performance. Background technique [0002] In recent decades, the acceleration of industrialization and the rapid increase of population have caused serious environmental pollution. Among them, water pollution is particularly serious. A large amount of toxic heavy metal ions, inorganic anions, and organic micro-pollutants, such as dyes, phenols, pesticides, humic acid organic compounds, detergents, and other persistent organic pollutants, have been released in recent decades. Widely reported around the world. The discharge of these toxic pollutants into water bodies greatly affects the ecological balance and has adverse effects on animals and plants. In addition, these pollutants are not only resistant to chemical and biological degradation, but also have great environmental mobility, and have a s...
