Abstract

The present invention provides a nutritional composition for promoting recovery of patients suffering from severe craniocerebral injury and an application thereof. The nutritional composition comprises: maltodextrin, casein peptide, glutamine, dietary fibers, ginsenoside, atractylenolide, 3-beta-acetoxyl-atractylon, 3-beta-hydroxy-atractylon, beta-pachyman, tumulosic acid, eburicoic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, licorice flavanone, coconut oil, medium chain triglycerides, complex vitamins, compound minerals, sodium alginate and glutathione. The nutritional composition is used to conduct a postoperative nutritional support for the patients suffering from the severe craniocerebral injury and significantly reduces an incidence of gastrointestinal complications, incidences of nausea and vomiting from 20% to 0-4.8%, an incidence of diarrhea from 9.7% to 0-2.4%, and an incidence of abdominal distension from 25% to 2.4-9.7%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nutritional composition, in particular to a nutritional composition for promoting the recovery of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and its application. Background technique [0002] Patients with severe craniocerebral injury are often accompanied by disturbance of consciousness and dysphagia, unable to eat normally, electrolyte disturbance in the patient's body, and lack of vitamins and minerals, which will cause protein and energy metabolism disorders for a long time, concurrent stress ulcers and multiple infections, seriously affecting recovery. Nutritional disorders in patients with severe craniocerebral injury lead to a sharp deterioration of the condition, which is one of the important causes of death in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. [0003] Especially for patients with severe craniocerebral injury, postoperative patients are weak, have low immunity, weak digestive system function, are prone to n...
