Abstract
The invention relates to decorative materials and particularly relates to an aluminum honeycomb patterned plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The aluminum honeycomb patterned plate is mainly used for solving the technical problems in the prior art that composite plates are made from three or five thin layers of different materials, the processing technology is complicated, and decorative patterns are formed through printing or coating outside surfaces and are liable to spalling in severe environments such as sun and rain exposure. The aluminum honeycomb patterned plate comprises an aluminum-alloy plate, wherein an aluminum honeycomb panel and a patterned aluminum plate are sequentially arranged on the aluminum-alloy plate and are laminated together through adhesive coatings. The manufacturing method comprises the steps: taking an aluminum-alloy plate, carrying out cold rolling by a patterning roller so as to obtain the patterned aluminum plate, taking aluminum foil, and carrying out glue spreading, lamination compacting and baking so as to prepare the aluminum honeycomb panel; subjecting an aluminum-alloy plate to cold rolling, thereby preparing the aluminum-alloy plate; coating the aluminum-alloy plate with glue by using a coating machine, laminating the patterned aluminum plate and the aluminum-alloy plate on the aluminum honeycomb panel, carrying out heating treatment, then, carrying out press-fitting and shearing, and carrying out treatment by a plate stamping platform, thereby manufacturing the finished product, i.e., the aluminum honeycomb patterned plate.
