Problems solved by technology

Among them, less than 1% of waste foam packaging materials are used for recycling; disposal by landfill method will occupy land resources and pollute the soil environment; disposal by incineration method will pollute the atmospheric environment
Existing foam materials generally use hard-to-degrade plastics, rubber, resins, etc. as base materials, and a large number of discarded non-degradable foam materials bring serious pollution to the environment
At present, starch is used as the main material of foaming materials. Although it is easy to degrade, it is costly and does not have flame retardancy.

Abstract

The invention discloses an easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material. The easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material is prepared from, by weight, 20 to 50 parts of cassava starch, 15 to 20 parts of nanometer silicon oxide, 10 to 20 parts of rosin, 20 to 40 parts of sisal hemp, 50 to 100 parts of corncob, 8 to 15 parts of bentonite, 15 to 25 parts of seaweed meal, 3 to 8 parts of orange peel powder, 20 to 50 parts of wheat bran, 1 to 2 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 3 to 8 parts of an auxiliary agent, 1 to 5 parts of a fire retardant, and 1 to 5 parts of sodium chloride. According to a preparation method, corncob, sisal hemp, and wheat bran are taken as main raw materials of the easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material, are smashed into powder, are subjected to alkaline solution treatment, and are reacted with cassava starch, rosin, and bentonite so as to form a crosslinked structure, the easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material is provided with excellent tensile strength and water resistance; adding of the fire retardant and sodium chloride is capable of achieving synergistic effect, and providing the easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material with obvious flame resistance. The easily-degradable flame-retardant foaming material can be degraded easily, and is low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of foam materials, in particular to an easily degradable flame-retardant foam material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Foam packaging materials are widely used in people's production and life. Traditional cushioning packaging materials are mainly made of general-purpose plastics such as polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE). On the one hand, these general-purpose plastic foam materials consume limited oil resources, and on the other hand pollute the environment. Commonly used foam packaging waste treatment methods mainly include recycling, landfill and incineration. Among them, less than 1% of waste foam packaging materials are used for recycling; disposal by burial will occupy land resources and pollute the soil environment; disposal by incineration will pollute the atmospheric environment. Existing foam materials generally use difficult-to-degrade plastics, rubber, resin, etc. as b...
