Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-crack cement mortar, which comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of perlite, 4-9 parts of bentonite, 6-10 parts of sepiolite, 15-25 parts of slag powder, 5-20 parts of cement, 3-8 parts of aluminium phosphate, 4-8 parts of polymer, 0.3-0.5 part of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5 part of urea, 5-10 parts of polymer fiber and 0.3-1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The perlite, the bentonite, sepiolite and the like and additive have a synergistic effect to lower the air shrinkage of the cement mortar so as to realize an anti-crack function, meanwhile, nontoxic substances, such as formaldehyde, are not used, so that the anti-crack cement mortar has a small influence on environment and conforms to the requirements of green products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cement mortar, in particular to an anti-cracking cement mortar. Background technique [0002] Cement is one of the most important building materials. At present, the widely used building surface in my country is cement mortar surface. However, this kind of building surface is often prone to quality problems such as cracks, hollowing, and sanding during construction. It does not meet the current needs of use. There are many reasons for cement mortar cracks. In addition to standardizing and improving the construction, proportioning, material selection, wall, etc., effective preventive measures can be taken from the cement itself to improve its quality and performance and reduce the drying shrinkage of the mortar. cracks, reduce shrinkage stress, and improve the crack resistance of mortar. At the same time, most of the adhesives used in cement mortar contain formaldehyde, such as 801 glue, 901 glue, etc., which pollute the envir...
