Abstract

The invention relates to a seafood bioactive peptide/chitosan burning and scald ointment and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) putting tilapia mossambica skin collagen peptide and chitosan into deionized water, sufficiently dissolving, and filtering so as to obtain a component A; (2) melting beewax in a water bath of 50-80 DEG C, and adding plant oil so as to obtain a component B; and (3) mixing the component A and the component B, adding glycerinum, and sterilizing, thereby obtaining the seafood bioactive peptide/chitosan burning and scald ointment. The burning and scald ointment provided by the invention is capable of accelerating healing of burning and scald wounds and regeneration of skin tissue, is free of toxic or side effect, and in addition is capable of healing wounds rapidly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical materials, in particular to a marine active peptide / chitosan burn ointment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Various burns, scalds, wounds and other skin injuries are common clinical diseases. So far, skin wounds caused by various reasons and the scar tissue formed by healing still seriously threaten human health and quality of life. Therefore, the development of preparations or dressings that can accelerate the healing of burn wounds and help the wound tissue to be repaired both structurally and functionally has always been an important and difficult point in the field of wound therapy. At present, there are various external dressings for burns and scalds, but most of them belong to the hydrogel type. Most of the commercially available burns and scald dressings have the characteristics of high price, long treatment cycle, susceptibility to infection, and slow effect. C...
