Abstract

The present invention provides a method for connecting silicon carbide ceramic materials. The method comprises: processing a concave threaded hole at the to-be-connected position of one silicon carbide ceramic material; and processing the to-be-connected position of the other silicon carbide ceramic material into a projecting bolt shape with threads, and depositing a middle connection layer on the threaded surface, wherein the deposited threads and the threaded hole form threaded combination, the middle connection layer is a laminated structure and comprises at least two titanium layers, and a carbon layer is arranged between the adjacent titanium layers. According to the present invention, the silicon carbide ceramic materials to be connected are integrally connected through the mechanical matching between the threaded holes and the bolt; and the connection interface produces the chemical diffusion effect through the external heat source heating so as to further enhance the connection of the silicon carbide ceramic materials to be connected.
