The construction method for the omni-directional laser warning system comprises the following steps that first, an optical system is constructed to enable that the diameter of a light spot of laser imaging on a detector through the optical system is equal to the radius of a photosensitive surface so that the omni-directional laser warning system can detect a wider linear range and fully utilize energy of the light spot on photosensitive surface, and secondly, distortion is small when the light spot reaches the edge of the detector; then a single channel is constructed so that a laser in a certain azimuth range can be detected, the optical system, an optical filter, a four-quadrant detector and a first-level amplification circuit are integrated, and the advantages of miniaturization and high anti-jamming capability are achieved; and then the whole omni-directional laser warning system is constructed and is composed of 24 channels, and omni-directional 360 degrees detection without a blind area is achieved; and finally, a man-machine interaction platform is constructed so that high-precision positioning information can be displayed in real time, and working performance and operability of the omni-directional laser warning system are improved.
