Embodiment 1

[0029] 1. Preparation of Au-PEDOT-rGO

[0030] Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was prepared by the modified Hummers method, and 70 ml of HAuCl was added to 5 ml of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) (22.5 mM) in ethanol4 (0.65 mM) aqueous solution, stirred rapidly at room temperature to polymerize EDOT into poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT). After stirring for 4 h, 5 ml GO solution (0.5 mg / ml) was added to form gold- Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-reduced graphene oxide) (Au-PEDOT-rGO), obtained Au-PEDOT-rGO ultrasonic 2 h to make Au-PEDOT-rGO and rGO thoroughly dispersed, slowly add 5.5 ml (0.16 M) NaBH 4 After stirring for 6 h, the product was washed with deionized water and ethanol respectively, and the obtained solid was added to 50 ml of deionized water to disperse it;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for electrochemically detecting acetamiprid by using a copper metallic organic frame compound (Cu-MOF) labeled DNA adapter sensor. The method comprises the steps of compounding a substrate material for a decorative electrode, labeling a signal probe DNA and establishing a sensing system. The marker Cu-MOF on the signal probe DNA (pDNA) is close to an electrode end, so that the electrode is easy to generate a sensitive electrochemical signal and the electrochemical signal is increased following the increasing of the concentration of the acetamiprid within a certain concentration range. The established electrochemical sensor can be used for sensitively detecting the acetamiprid, the pretreatment time and labor for the sample are saved and the cost of the detection instrument is lower. The method is sensitive and quick, the volume of the required sample is small and the method is suitable for the detection of the acetamiprid residue in the environment and various food samples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for electrochemically detecting acetamiprid with a Cu-MOF-labeled aptamer sensor, which comprises the steps of synthesizing a base material for a modified electrode, labeling a signal probe DNA, and establishing a sensing system. After the reaction, because Cu-MOF is located near the electrode end of the signal probe DNA, the electrode generates a sensitive electrochemical signal. Within a certain concentration range, the electrochemical signal increases with the increase of the concentration of acetamiprid. The constructed electrochemical sensor can be used to detect acetamiprid sensitively, which saves sample pretreatment time and labor, and the cost of detection equipment is low. The invention is sensitive and fast, has small sample size and easy operation in the experimental process, and is suitable for detecting acetamiprid residues in the environment and various food samples. Background technique [0002] Acetam...
