Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a neutral marble surface oil stain and rust spot cleaning agent. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps: (1) adding the components as follows: 65-70% of water and 8-12% of oxalic acid dehydrate, after dissolving the components by stirring, adding 8-12% of hydroxylamine hydrochloride, 6-10% of ammonium hexafluorozirconate and2-4% of glycine betaine, stirring and uniformly mixing all the components at room temperature to obtain a liquid A; (2) adding the components as follows: 83-87% of water and 1-4% of polyvinyl alcohol,dissolving the components by heating, cooling the components to room temperature, then, adding 10-15% of triethanolamine, and stirring and uniformly mixing all the components to obtain a liquid B; and (3) preparing the neutral marble surface oil stain and rust spot cleaning agent, namely mixing the liquid A with the liquid B in a reactor according to the volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain the neutralmarble surface oil stain and rust spot cleaning agent. The pH value of the neutral marble surface oil stain and rust spot cleaning agent ranges from 7.0 to 8.0; and the neutral marble surface oil stain and rust spot cleaning agent is incapable of corroding a marble, remarkable in cleaning effect and capable of improving the brightness of the marble and reducing the possibility that the marble becomes yellow again.
