The 14 chemical components include emodin, lobetyolin, 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-beta-D-glucoside, glycyrrhizic acid, liquiritin, liquiritigenin, polydatin, rutoside, isoliquiritigenin, ononin, verbascoside, gallic acid, schizandrin, and rhein. The method includes building standard curves of the 14chemical components; acquiring multi-reaction ion chromatograms of the 14 chemical components in the pill; and determining the contents of the 14 chemical components in the pill.
