Abstract

The invention discloses a method for aluminum wire welding bonding on an electric core cap. The method comprises the following steps that (a) electroplating treatment is conducted on the electric corecap; (b) a phosphorus element is doped in a plating solution; (c) chemical nickel-plating is conducted on the electric core cap in the plating solution doped with the phosphorus element; and (d) aluminum wire welding is conducted. According to the method for aluminum wire welding bonding on the electric core cap, a flat workpiece surface is obtained by electroplating first, then chemical nickel and phosphorus plating is conducted, and the aluminum wire welding bonding strength can be greatly improved; and meanwhile, because a nickel and phosphorus plating layer has a friendly pasting propertyon both stainless steel and aluminum, the problems that resistance is increased, circuit loss is increased and the bond strength is lowered due to direct contact of a workpiece metal layer and an aluminum wire are solved, meanwhile, the efficiency and the quality are improved, and the cost is reduced.
