Abstract

The combustion chamber comprises an air cylinder wall, a piston, an air exhaust door and an air exhaust valve, wherein at least two hole plates are arranged on the top of the combustion chamber; through holes are uniformly distributed in each hole plate; the combustion chamber is connected with a pre-combustion chamber through the hole plates; the pre-combustion chamber is connected with an oil sprayer; after fuels are sprayed into the oil sprayer, combustible mixed gas in thepre-combustion chamber is ignited; after being accelerated by the hole plates, flame forms turbulent flame, so that flame is propagated to the tail-end area before tail-end gas in the combustion chamber is spontaneously combusted, and therefore, inhibition on knocking is realized. The combustion chamber mainly solves the knocking inhibition and post-combustion problem of a large-cylinder-diameterlow-speed dual-fuel engine for a ship; a little diesel oil is sprayed into the pre-combustion chamber to ignite natural gas, and flame generated by natural gas combustion is accelerated by the hole plates, and is propagated to a primary combustion chamber, so that high-speed turbulent flame is formed; and knocking and post-combustion of the primary combustion chamber are effectively inhibited, andload of the engine is effectively improved.
