The solvent is prepared from a main absorbent, an auxiliary absorbent and an additive, wherein the main absorbent is prepared from N,N-2-hydroxyethyl piperazine, N-hydroxyethyl piperazine and polyether amine with the mass proportion being (1 to 2): (1 to 3): (0.5 to 1.5); the main absorbent accounts for 70 to 90 percent of themass proportion of a total absorbent; the auxiliary absorbent is one or a mixture of two of boric acid or lactic acid, and accounts for 0.5 to 10 percent of the mass proportion of the total absorbent;the additive is prepared from 2-amido-2-methyl-1-propanol, 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid with the mass proportion being (1 to 2): (2 to 4): (1 to 4),and accounts for 0.05 to 0.5 percent of the mass proportion of the total absorbent.
