Abstract

According to the preparation method, a wave absorbing agent is added by using a two-step method, a foam precursor copolymer plate is prepared by adding a large-density wave absorbing agent into precursor mixed liquid, and the foam precursor copolymer plate is foamed and then crushed so as to form wave-absorbing type PMI foam particles; the wave-absorbing type PMI foam particles, methacrylic acid or acrylic acid and methacrylonitrile or acrylonitrile are mixed together, and the light wave absorbing agent is added again, so that the uniform dispersion of the wave absorbing agent is realized in the PMI foam. A dispersing agent added into the PMI foam can realize high-speed dispersion in a mixture, thus preventing the sedimentation of various additives; therefore, not only are the excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability of the PMI absorbing foam improved, but excellent wave absorbing performance is also achieved.
