Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly and wear-resistant plastic track material. The environment-friendly and wear-resistant plastic track material is prepared from components in parts by mass as follows: 10-30 parts of soy polyol, 20-35 parts of polyether polyol, 10-25 parts of MDI, 10-16 parts of flame-retardant modified polypropylene, 4-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-8 parts of silicone powder, 2-5 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 3-9 parts of N,N'-ethylenebis(stearamide), 1-2 parts of a catalyst, 0.5-1.0 part of an antiager, 0.5-1 part of a flame retardant, 10-15 parts of filler and 0.5-2 parts of pigment. The harmful matter content of the environment-friendly and wear-resistant plastic track material meets requirements of the national standard, the material has no bad odor, is safe, healthy and further has better physical properties such as strength, elongation, resilience, wear resistance and the like. Besides, with adoption of flame-retardant modified polypropylene,the material further has good flame retardance.
