Abstract

The invention discloses a hyper-spectral light sheet light field microscopic imaging system and method based on a camera array. The system includes a lighting module which is used for producing a light sheet and making the light sheet carry out scanning on the z axis, a microscope which is used for magnifying a microscopic sample and imaging the microscopic sample to an image plane through a camera lead-out port, a magnifying module of an imaging plane, an imaging lens array which is used for acquiring sample images of the microscopic sample at different angles of view, a filter-containing sensor array of which the sensors are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the imaging lenses of the imaging lens array to record sample image spatial information obtained by the corresponding imaging lenses and sample spectral information obtained by the corresponding filters, and a controller which is used for synchronizing and calibrating the collection of the sample images to obtain light field video and hyper-spectral information and reconstructing the 3D image and spectral components of the sample to realize microscopic imaging.
