Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving the treatment effect of titanium dioxide to wool / viscose / polyester fabrics, and belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a protease solution to treat wool / viscose / polyester blended fabrics, and then carrying out inactivation treatment on protease; secondly, preparingan acid cellulase solution to treat the blended fabrics; thirdly, adding lipase to further treat the fabrics, and taking out the fabrics from the solution and air-drying the fabrics; and finally, preparing dispersion liquid which contains titanium dioxide, butanetetracarboxylic acid and sodium hypophosphite, dipping the blended fabrics in the dispersion liquid and baking to finish treatment. Theblended fabrics are pretreated by using protease, cellulase and lipase, the adhesion amount of titanium dioxide particles on the blended fabric can be increased, and then functional effects of bacteria resisting, self-cleaning and the like of the blended fabrics are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the treatment effect of titanium dioxide on wool / viscose / polyester fabrics, belonging to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing. Background technique [0002] Wool is one of the earliest textile fibers used by humans. Wool fiber products have many excellent properties, such as soft luster, plump and elastic feel, strong hygroscopicity, comfortable wearing, good warmth retention and wrinkle resistance, etc. It is the most high-end textile. One of the fibers. Viscose fiber is a regenerated fiber made of natural cellulose as the basic raw material and spun from cellulose sulfonate solution. The wet strength of the textile is low, but it has good hygroscopicity, air permeability and dyeability. Polyester is a polymer fiber obtained by polycondensation of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. It has the advantages of high breaking strength, good heat resistance, and strong corrosion resistance, b...
