Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an inorganic insulated waterproof coating for an outer wall of a building. The method comprises the following steps: modifying the surface through wollastonite fibers; soaking in a sodium bicarbonate solution; naturally drying; mixing with ultrafine hydrated magnesium silicate powder, sepiolite powder, aluminum sulfate, sodium silicate, styrene-acrylic emulsion and a thickening agent; spraying the surface of the outer wall of the building through a spray gun to form a coating; then spraying the coating surface with a citric acid solution which reacts with sodium bicarbonate to generate gas, wherein micropores are formed through the gas; and gelling sodium silicate to repair opened pores in order to form a closed coating surface, thus obtainingthe inorganic insulated waterproof coating. According to the method, citric acid on the coating surface reacts with sodium bicarbonate to generate gas through which the micropores are formed, and odium silicate is gelled to repair the opened pores, and thus the closed coating surface with outstanding insulation and waterproofing performance is formed; in addition, the coating is high in intensity, high in toughness, full in surface, dense, and free from cracking; and meanwhile, the whole preparation process is simple, and the cost is low.
