The graphene-based low-density anticorrosive coating material for the aluminum alloy is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of epoxy resin, 5-15 parts of graphene slurry, 10-20 parts of pigments, 5-10 parts of fillers, 0.5-1.5parts of leveling agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersant and 10-20 parts of diluent. The coating material prepared by the method is low in surface density and has relatively good corrosion resistance whilebeing lightweight. Compared with the existing coating materials, the coating material prepared by the method has the characteristics of good mechanical properties, good flexibility, good adhesive power, good water resistance, good gasoline resistance, good salt-mist resistance, light weight and low surface density, is beneficial to the weight reduction of coating equipment and has huge potential applications and extensive application prospects in the field of aviation.
