Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a fractal structure silver particle-based flexible and stretchable conductor. The preparation method is characterized in that the stretchable conductoris prepared from fractal structure silver particles as a conductive filler. The fractal structure silver particles have a special three-dimensional structure, so that interconnection is facilitated to form a conductive network; and the fractal structure silver particles are embedded into a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surface, so that the stretchable conductor with excellent performance can be prepared. The method is simple in synthesis process of the fractal structure silver particles and has good repeatability. The flexible and stretchable conductor is prepared from the fractal structure silver particles as the conductive filler, and research on the stretchable conductor is expanded. The obtained conductor has the characteristics that the preparation process is relatively simple, the energy consumption is relatively low and the stability of the conductivity under a mechanical deformation condition is good; the conductor can be applied to industrial batch preparation and can be applied to flexible and stretchable electronic equipment; and the synthesis method is clean, environment-friendly and suitable for promotion and application.
