Abstract

The invention relates to a method for electrically catalytically degrading ceftazidime in water by adopting a Fe3O4/biomass carbon cathode, and relates to a preparation of an electric catalytic cathode and application of a degrading method. The invention aims at solving the problems that the traditional Electro-Fenton process is low in H2O2 yield, poor in degrading effect, easy to generate a greatamount of iron sludge on the cathode and the like. The method comprises the following steps: I, preparing Fe3O4/biomass carbon; II, preparing a cathode catalyst layer; and III, determining technological parameters of Fe3O4/biomass carbon cathode for degrading the ceftazidime wastewater. The electric catalytic degradation rate of the cathode prepared by the method for the ceftazidime can reach 95percent. A carbon source of the biomass carbon is waste shaddock peel, the catalyst active components and carriers can be reused, and the electrode is simple in preparation process, low in productioncost, and actually energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
